This project involved designing a high-capacity manufacturing facility for flexible packaging and laminated films to support the supply chain of Balaji Wafers. We focused on creating a dust-free, controlled environment essential for high-quality printing and food-grade packaging compliance.

The structural design addressed the technical challenges of large-span column-free spaces required for unhindered machinery layout and material movement. The layout optimizes the workflow from raw polymer film processing to finished printed laminates, ensuring maximum throughput for this high-volume industrial unit.
