Project Overview and Key Design Considerations
Truetzschler India, the Indian subsidiary of the Germany-based Trützschler Group SE, has inaugurated its largest and most technologically advanced manufacturing facility globally in Sanand-II GIDC.
The architectural layout for Phase 1 covers a built-up area of approximately 72,000 sq. m., housing specialized production lines for blow room machines, high-speed carding machines, and draw frames. A critical design feature is the highly advanced 67,000 sq. m. production shop floor, which integrates high-precision CNC machinery and climate-controlled assembly zones.
