• On behalf of the project sponsor/end-use engagement with vendors and contractors, conducting a pre-qualification process for vendor/contractor selection, short listing of suitable contractors in consultation with the Client.
• Techno-commercial comparison and evaluations of the offers and assist the Client with negotiation and award of Contract.
• Conducting a Kick off meeting with successful bidder/contractor/vendor.
• Coordination services during design and construction. All of our technical disciplines being in-house results into effective coordination and quick response time.
• Approving technical datasheet and drawings received from contractors.
