Project Overview and Key Design Considerations
This specialized facility was designed for the Indian subsidiary of the Thailand-based global leader in melamine products. The plant supports the high-volume production of 100% food-grade tableware, requiring a clean and highly organized manufacturing environment. Our architectural focus was on creating a streamlined layout that accommodates the massive variety of over 3,000 shapes and 10,000 designs, ensuring efficient mold changes and material handling.
The structural design addresses the requirements of heavy compression molding presses and automated finishing lines. We prioritized dust-free production zones and optimal ventilation to maintain the strict hygiene standards essential for food-contact products. The facility integrates a modern warehouse and R&D center, designed to support rapid product innovation and global distribution.
