Metso, a global leader in sustainable technologies for the mining and aggregates industries, has been a long-term client of VMS Consultants. Over the years, we have supported their expansion by delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure for their diverse manufacturing and service operations in India.

The project involved the development of the integrated “Metso Park” in Alwar, Rajasthan, along with specialized foundry and service facilities in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, Gujarat.

A key focus was optimizing warehouse layouts to efficiently manage a vast inventory of spare parts and industrial valves. The design ensured streamlined logistics, improved operational flow, and enabled rapid distribution across domestic and international markets.

VMS Scope and Project Outcomes

VMS provided comprehensive Engineering and Design services for the development of Metso Park and subsequent foundry expansions. Our scope included Master Planning, Architectural Design, and Structural Engineering, with a focus on delivering specialized manufacturing sheds and heavy equipment foundations.

Our involvement in the Alwar project helped establish a state-of-the-art facility that serves both domestic needs and exports to over 60 countries.
