Project Overview and Key Design Considerations

Dusons Medicare LLP, a venture of the Himmatnagar-based Dudani Group (known for their expertise in PEB manufacturing through Arcgedged Building India), is establishing a specialized manufacturing unit for high-precision medical devices and laboratory items.

The primary design challenge for this facility was the integration of stringent hygiene and clean-room requirements essential for medical-grade production. The G+1 storied plant building was engineered to facilitate a “clean” vertical workflow, with production and assembly zones designed to minimize dust and contamination.

VMS Scope and Project Outcomes

VMS provided comprehensive Architectural, Structural, and Engineering Design services for the first phase of this development. Our scope included the design of the main G+1 manufacturing block alongside critical support infrastructure. We prioritized the integration of MEPF services that meet the high-reliability standards of the medical device industry

The Phase-1 completion provides Dusons Medicare with a world-class foundation to enter the medical manufacturing market. The modular master plan ensures that as the business scales, future phases can be added without interrupting the sensitive production environments.
