Project Overview and Key Design Considerations

Constantia Flexibles established “Constantia Ecoflex Ahmedabad” as the world’s first plant dedicated exclusively to producing recyclable flexible packaging. This greenfield project was designed to manufacture the “EcoLam” product family, a mono-PE laminate that significantly reduces carbon footprints.

The facility required a highly controlled environment to house advanced blown film extruders, high-definition flexo printing presses, and specialized laminators.
