This greenfield project involved creating a high-volume confectionery manufacturing plant for the Mayora Group, the makers of the globally renowned Kopiko brand. The facility was designed to meet international FMCG standards, focusing on high-speed production lines for candies, biscuits, and chocolates.

VMS Scope and Project Outcomes

VMS provided integrated Engineering and Design services, encompassing Architecture, Structural Engineering, and comprehensive MEPF coordination. Our HVAC and utility designs were critical in managing the precise humidity and temperature levels required for candy crystallization and biscuit baking processes.

The successful delivery of this facility enabled INBISCO India to strengthen its localized manufacturing presence and streamline its supply chain for brands like Malkist and Choki-Choki.
