Project Overview and Key Design Considerations
This greenfield project involved developing a state-of-the-art manufacturing hub for high-capacity power equipment. The facility needed to house massive machinery for producing 600–800 MW supercritical turbines. We focused on creating a layout that supported heavy-duty industrial workflows while maintaining high safety standards.
The design addressed the extreme structural loads required for turbine assembly and testing. We integrated specialized foundations and high-bay sheds to accommodate large-scale components. Precision in spatial planning ensured seamless movement of materials across the 185,000-square-meter site, optimizing production efficiency for the global joint venture.
