Project Overview and Key Design Considerations

This industrial project involved designing a large-scale frozen food processing facility for the “ChillFill” brand on a 6.5-acre site. The primary challenge was to integrate a continuous production line capable of processing 120 tons of raw potatoes daily.

Our design focused on a linear, hygienic workflow that manages the transition from raw material intake to high-capacity processing and final deep-freezing.

VMS Scope and Project Outcomes

VMS provided a comprehensive range of consultancy services, including Master Layout Planning, Architecture, and Structural Engineering. We managed the PEB General Arrangement (GA) drawing approvals and designed critical MEPF systems, including Electrical, Fire Protection, and Mechanical services.

The resulting facility is a high-efficiency manufacturing hub that supports Bizz Corp’s significant export and domestic output. The plant successfully facilitates the production of 60 tons of finished products daily, strengthening the region’s cold-chain ecosystem.
