Project Overview and Key Design Considerations

The Miracle Group, a Rajasthan-based packaging powerhouse, is expanding its extensive portfolio by establishing a state-of-the-art Flexible Packaging unit in Jaipur. This facility is designed for a massive ultimate capacity of 2,500 MT, with the initial phase focusing on a high-efficiency 600 MT production line.

The architectural and structural design was thoughtfully planned to accommodate the high-tech machinery required for high-barrier packaging. This includes heavy-duty foundations for blown film extrusions, specialized floor layouts for Rotogravure (Roto) and CI Flexo printing presses, and dedicated zones for solvent and solventless laminators.

VMS Scope and Project Outcomes

VMS provided a comprehensive, multidisciplinary engineering package to deliver this high-performance facility. Our scope included Master Planning, Architectural, Civil, and Structural design, alongside full MEPF and HVAC services.

VMS also provided Procurement Services, assisting the Miracle Group in selecting and coordinating the installation of complex machinery like high-speed slitters and multi-format pouching machines. Our integrated approach ensured that the facility remains “expansion-ready,” with the infrastructure designed for the ultimate 2,500 MT capacity while operating efficiently at the current 600 MT scale.
