To strengthen its presence in India, the company established a manufacturing facility at Sanand, Gujarat, dedicated to producing party snacks for the domestic market.

The facility has been designed to achieve smooth material flow, hygiene control, and high operational efficiency. The layout ensures streamlined production with dedicated zones for processing, packaging, and dispatch while maintaining compliance with stringent food safety standards.

VMS Scope and Project Outcomes

VMS provided comprehensive design and engineering services covering architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The project required detailed planning to accommodate food-grade environments, ventilation systems, and process-specific utilities.

Our scope involved designing specialized HVAC systems to manage heat and oil vapors from the frying lines, as well as robust fire suppression systems for snack processing. We engineered efficient utility networks for water treatment and power distribution.

By integrating functionality with hygiene-centric design principles, VMS delivered a modern, efficient facility to support Tong Garden’s growth in the fast-growing FMCG market.
