This specialized facility was designed to produce two million AC compressors annually, supporting the Shanghai Highly Group’s global expansion. The design prioritizes a high-precision manufacturing environment necessitated by the intricate assembly of rotary compressors.

Our architectural strategy focused on a “modern green plant” concept, integrating advanced R&D zones with high-speed production lines to meet the growing demands of the Indian and BRICS markets for energy-efficient cooling.

VMS Scope and Project Outcomes

VMS provided comprehensive Architectural, Structural, and MEPF Engineering services to deliver India’s largest AC compressor plant in a record eight-month construction period. Our scope included designing specialized electrical systems for automated production lines and high-capacity HVAC systems for precision climate control.

We coordinated the utility infrastructure to ensure high energy efficiency and operational reliability, supporting the facility’s mission to provide customized green products for the domestic market.
