Project Overview and Key Design Considerations
Cello, a household name in consumer ware, is establishing a massive manufacturing footprint in Falna, Rajasthan, spanning a total plot area of approximately 16 lakh square feet. Phase 1 of this project focused on a 70 TPD (Tons Per Day) glassware production facility. The architectural and structural design for the 2.5 lakh square foot built-up area was engineered to support the intense thermal and mechanical requirements of glass melting and forming.
An important design consideration was the facility’s “expandable spine,” which allowed Phase 2 (another 70 TPD production line) to be integrated into the main building.
