• Should be a B. Arch. /M. Arch. with 2-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of Industrial projects preferred but not mandatory.
• Fully proficient in Sketch-up, CAD and Revit. Knowledge of other graphic software will be an asset.
• Strong flair in Design and communication.
• Knowledge of regional building code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting the architectural concept to Clients.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deliverables in a timely manner.
• Understanding Clients requirements and develop the architectural concept in close coordination with Senior Architect and prepare client presentation material.
• Co-ordination with different design/engineering disciplines on schematic level architectural design.
• Preparation Material Pallet, Finishing schedules, Room Book, Sanitary Fixtures schedules’, CP fittings schedule & Door window schedules etc. for tender. Preparation of tender drawings.
• Develop architectural details for construction drawings. Develop specifications for architectural finishes.
• Site visits during execution stage. Provide clarification to contractors for design and construction related issues.
• Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.

We are seeking an architectural draftsman /CAD technician to be part of our Architectural department.

• Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience of architectural drafting work with architectural or engineering consultancy firms.
• Should be an ITI or TEB certified Civil Draftsman or a Diploma in Architectural Assistantship or B.E. or B. Tech in Civil
• Experience with industrial work including steel / PEB construction will be helpful.
• Candidate must be fully proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch-up. Other graphic software will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should have a good understanding of building and construction elements, material & construction process, and must have a strong flair for Detailing.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deliverables in a timely manner.
• Understanding the architectural concept in close coordination with Architect and prepare client presentation material or Good for construction drawings.
• Understanding of applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR).
• Taking charge of internal co-ordination with different disciplines on schematic level architectural plan for main plant & ancillary buildings for structural work and all services like mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Revit knowledge will an added advantage.
• Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.

We are seeking an experienced electrical design engineer to be part of our electrical team.

• Should be B.E. /B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech Electrical having 8-10 years relevant experience in design field (industrial segment will be preferred).
• Candidate should able to perform design calculation like short circuit calculation, earthing calculation, lighting calculation, cable sizing, equipment sizing, LPS design etc.
• Candidate should able to work with detailer to develop detail construction documents/ layout such as lighting, cable tray, power, cable routing, cable schedule, LPS layout, earthing layout. ELV system layout etc.
• Should have knowledge of relevant IS, NBC and IEC standards.
• Should perform inspection and routine test of Equipments.
• BOQ/BOM preparation for entire electrical project.
• Design and layout for ELV-IT system including structure cabling system, CCTV, Security system etc.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Dialux, MS office and ETAP.
• Good communication skills.
• Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
