Vikram Solar Begins Work on 6 GW Module & 3 GW Cell Facility in Tamil Nadu
VMS Consultants is proud to be associated with Vikram Solar for their latest expansion in Gangaikondan, Tamil Nadu. As part of a large-scale master plan for a 12 GW solar module and 12 GW cell manufacturing campus, Phase 1 includes the development of a 6 GW solar module and 3 GW cell manufacturing facility on a portion of the 140-acre land parcel.
Our scope of services covers complete master planning, along with architecture, structure, utilities, electrical design, tendering, and procurement for the solar module facility. For the cell plant, VMS is also delivering architectural and structural design, along with electrical and procurement support.
This project further strengthens VMS’s leadership in large-scale solar manufacturing plant design, delivering end-to-end consultancy for India’s growing renewable energy infrastructure.
