Terex India Manufacturing Facility Awarded LEED Gold Certification
We’re pleased to share that Terex India’s industrial facility – designed and executed with complete consultancy by VMS Consultants – has been awarded the prestigious LEED Gold Certification. This recognition highlights the project’s excellence in sustainable industrial development and its alignment with global green building standards.
As the appointed consultant, VMS provided architecture, engineering, and project management services from concept to commissioning. The facility was designed to optimize energy use, water efficiency, and operational sustainability, while also meeting complex industrial and production requirements.
