SIG Commissions India’s First Aseptic Carton Plant at Bhayla
VMS Consultants is proud to have contributed to the successful development of India’s first aseptic carton packaging facility for SIG Combibloc, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions. Located within Horizon Industrial Park at Bhayla, Gujarat, this greenfield facility marks a major milestone in the country’s food and beverage packaging sector, with Phase 2 currently ongoing.
The plant spans over 3,31,000 sq. ft. of built-up area on a 38-acre plot and is equipped to manufacture aseptic carton packs for the Indian and international markets. VMS provided comprehensive architectural and engineering design consultancy, including civil, structural, electrical, and infrastructure coordination services. The project was delivered in collaboration with Horizon Industrial Parks Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading Grade-A industrial park developers.
