Hyfun Foods Upgrades IQF Line with French Fries Processing Unit in Mehsana, Gujarat
VMS Consultants is working with Hyfun Foods on the expansion and upgradation of their existing food processing facility located at Fanidhar Mega Food Park in Mahesana, Gujarat. Already operating a potato flakes unit, the company is now enhancing their capacity by modifying the IQF zone to integrate a new 6.5 TPH French fries processing line.
This facility upgrade is a part of Hyfun’s long-term strategy to strengthen its presence in the frozen foods segment, aligned with international hygiene, automation, and throughput standards. VMS is providing design and coordination services for the layout integration, ensuring seamless expansion within the existing footprint.
The project reinforces VMS’s expertise in frozen food facility design and process-driven layout engineering, supporting India’s rise as a global hub for processed food exports.
