Emerge Renewables Completes 300 TPD Solar Glass Facility in Rajasthan
VMS Consultants is proud to be associated with Emerge Renewables Pvt. Ltd. for their new 300 TPD solar glass manufacturing facility in Kothputli, Rajasthan. This greenfield development supports India’s growing demand for solar components, strategically located near ERPL’s existing container glass plant.
Our role involved converting detailed designs provided by Chinese Equipment Suppliers into construction-ready drawings compliant with Indian Standards. This included the adaptation of architectural, civil, PEB, steel, and utility infrastructure for the plant and utility buildings—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution on site.
For non-plant buildings such as the admin office, canteen, entry gate, and security blocks (totaling approx. 1,000 sq.m), VMS delivered complete design services from concept to GFC stage. Each structure was developed to support operational efficiency and future expansion.
This collaboration strengthens VMS’s presence in the solar equipment manufacturing and solar glass factory design sector. As India ramps up its renewable energy supply chain, we continue to deliver future-ready industrial infrastructure built on precision, adaptability, and performance.
