Cosmetics production (FDA), honey packaging, laboratories – clean rooms, offices, training centers, dining facilities SPA, and assembly areas are among the new facilities. The structure consists of five levels, two basements, and three floors.

Warehouses

The warehouse should be managed with a foolproof bar code system that is controlled by our ERP system and has a fully automated intake and delivery system.

Monthly Production Capacity should include all of the following items within a specified limit:

• Toiletries
• Lipstick
• Additional color cosmetics
• Parfum and perfume mist
• Assembly

Mixing Workshops:

• Body wash and emulsion production tanks;
• Stainless steel storage tank for weighing and delivering common bulk raw materials.
• Fully automatic, programmable emulsion tank

Bulk Filling Workshops:

• Completely automated bottle filling lines
• Completely automated tube filling lines
• Filling line for a sheet mask

Color Cosmetics Workshops:

• Automatic lipstick filling machines imported from Korea
• Semi-automatic or fully automatic stainless steel mold lipstick machine
• Swirl cream filling machine with four colors
• Color filling facilities such as mascara, lip gloss tubes, godet filling, and so on.

Fragrance Plant:

• Fusion tank sets with chill and filter facilities
• Two maturation rooms
• Fully automatic glass bottle

Water Purification System:

• Factory capabilities employ RO and EDI, removing ions or electrolytes to produce pure water.
• The water conductivity is limited to the desired level.
• The water conductivity standard requirement based on European Pharmacopoeia should meet the desired values.
