Luxor Develops Writing Instruments Manufacturing Facility in Gujarat
VMS Consultants is currently working with Luxor, a renowned name in the writing instruments industry, for the development of a new manufacturing facility in Vithalapur, Gujarat. With a legacy of innovation since 1963, Luxor continues to expand its presence across India with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and globally recognized brands like Parker and Waterman.
The new plant spans a land parcel of 50,000 sq.m, with a planned built-up area of 20,000 sq.m in Phase 1. VMS is providing master layout planning, architectural design, structural engineering, and PHE coordination services, ensuring the facility is optimized for production efficiency, material flow, and future expansion.
This collaboration reflects VMS’s growing presence in consumer goods manufacturing facility design, helping leading brands scale their operations with precision-driven, high-performance infrastructure.
