VMS Consultants is pleased to have delivered complete design and consultancy services for the new manufacturing campus and corporate office of Shubham Extrusion Technic Pvt. Ltd. Located near Panchratna Green Industrial Park, Ahmedabad, the facility brings together fabrication, assembly, R&D, and administration under one integrated industrial environment.
Spread across 18,000 sq.m of land, with approx. 12,000 sq.m built-up area, the plant is tailored for the production of blown film extrusion machines. VMS provided master planning, architectural, civil, structural, MEPF, HVAC, and procurement services. The facility features large column-free shop floors, a striking steel “W” façade, R&D labs, open-plan workspaces, and 20+ overhead cranes to support heavy equipment assembly.
This project reflects VMS’s core strength in delivering end-to-end industrial design solutions—from efficient layout planning to aesthetic built environments—supporting India’s advanced machinery manufacturing sector.
