Miracle Group Completes 2500 MT Packaging Manufacturing Unit in Rajasthan
VMS Consultants is proud to have partnered with Miracle Group for their latest flexible packaging manufacturing facility at RIICO Industrial Area, Jaipur. Known for their operations across multiple states in corrugated boxes, labels, HDPE jars, and printing materials, the group expanded its footprint with a dedicated unit for flexible packaging production.
The plant is designed for a 2500 MT capacity, with initial machinery installations supporting 600 MT. Our scope included complete master planning, architecture, civil, structural, MEPF, and HVAC design, along with procurement consultancy. Major equipment installations include extrusion, Roto, CI Flexo, solvent and solvent-less laminators, slitter, and pouching machines—configured for efficient space utilization and future scalability.
This project demonstrates VMS’s expertise in packaging industry infrastructure design, delivering performance-driven solutions for modern manufacturing environments.
