VMS Consultants is proud to be the engineering and design partner for Avaada Ventures Pvt. Ltd., supporting two of their flagship solar manufacturing projects. We are delivering comprehensive consultancy for a 1 GW Solar Cell & Module Manufacturing Facility at Dholera, Gujarat, and a 3 GW Solar Cell & 3 GW Module Facility at Butibori, Maharashtra. These high-capacity projects reflect India’s accelerated push toward solar manufacturing self-sufficiency.
Our scope of work includes solar factory master planning, architectural design, civil and structural engineering, MEPF systems, and procurement assistance. Both projects have been designed to optimize land usage, production flow, and future scalability—key aspects in solar module factory layout and execution. Attention to cleanroom environments, material flow, and integration with process equipment has been a core focus.
