Xylem Foods Develops Potato Flakes & French Fries Processing Facility in Aligarh

VMS is currently associated with Xylem Foods Pvt. Ltd. for the development of a new potato processing facility at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Promoted by the Mascot Metal Group, a well-established exporter of architectural hardware products, the company is diversifying into the food processing sector with a phased investment in potato-based products.

The project includes a 1.2 TPH potato flakes manufacturing unit in Phase 1, with future expansion planned for 3 TPH French fries processing and an additional 1.2 TPH flakes production line. Developed on a 13-acre site, the first phase comprises approximately 10,000 sq.m of built-up area, including the production building, raw material and finished goods storage, utilities, and support facilities. VMS is providing master planning, architectural design, structural engineering, MEP services, tendering, and procurement support for the project.
