Laxcon Steels Develops Pipe Manufacturing Facility in Gujarat

VMS is currently working with Laxcon Steels Limited (LSL) for the development of a new seamless pipe manufacturing facility at Rohika village, Gujarat. A leading name in stainless steel manufacturing since 1978, LSL is expanding its production capabilities to cater to growing demand across industrial sectors.

Phase 1 of the project includes the construction of a 20,000 sq.m seamless pipe manufacturing unit, along with a workers’ dormitory and supporting infrastructure. VMS is providing architectural design, civil infrastructure planning, structural engineering, fire protection, HVAC design, and tendering support, ensuring efficient plant layout, safety compliance, and scalable development.

This ongoing project highlights VMS’s expertise in steel and heavy engineering plant design, delivering robust industrial infrastructure tailored for high-performance manufacturing operations.
