Crown Worldwide Group Inaugurates New Integrated Facility at Siwari, Haryana

Crown Worldwide Group has inaugurated its new integrated facility at Siwari, Haryana. Developed on approximately 7.5 acres, the facility has a built-up area of around 135,000 sq. ft. and brings together Crown’s logistics, information management, relocation, workspace and fine art services at a single location.

The facility includes an 82,000 sq. ft. warehouse, secure storage areas, administrative spaces and supporting infrastructure. VMS provided comprehensive industrial design and engineering consultancy, including master planning, architecture, structural and MEP design, tendering and procurement support and BIM modelling, along with coordination for IIT approval of the structural design.

The completed project adds to VMS’s experience in warehouse design, logistics facility planning and integrated industrial infrastructure, combining multidisciplinary engineering with the specific operational and security requirements of a modern logistics and storage facility.
