Borosil Renewable Expands 600 TPD Solar Glass Facility in Gujarat

VMS is currently engaged with Borosil Renewable Limited (BRL) for the expansion of their solar glass manufacturing facility at Bharuch, Gujarat. As one of the world’s leading solar glass manufacturers, BRL is enhancing its production capacity by adding 600 TPD through new furnace lines (SG4 & SG5) to meet growing demand from the solar industry.

The expansion includes development of approximately 85,000 sq.m of built-up area, comprising the main plant building, utility blocks, and supporting infrastructure. The facility is being designed using precast construction systems for speed and efficiency. VMS is providing master layout planning, architectural and structural design, PHE and infrastructure engineering, along with procurement support to ensure seamless integration with existing operations.

This ongoing project reinforces VMS’s expertise in solar glass manufacturing plant design and renewable energy infrastructure, delivering scalable and high-performance facilities aligned with global clean energy requirements.
