Arvind SmartSpaces Develops 440-Acre Logistics & Industrial Park in South Gujarat

VMS is currently associated with Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. for the development of a large-scale logistics and industrial park at Kalyangadh in South Gujarat. Planned across approximately 440 acres, the project aims to create modern infrastructure for logistics, warehousing, and industrial operations to support the region’s growing manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem.

The development includes comprehensive planning for internal infrastructure, road networks, utilities, and service systems, enabling flexible plots for built-to-suit industrial and logistics facilities. VMS is contributing through industrial park planning, engineering coordination, and infrastructure design, ensuring efficient land utilization and long-term scalability.
