We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman / CAD Technician with 1–3 years of experience in structural drafting and design. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in building elements, construction processes, and detailing, preferably within consulting engineering or architectural firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed structural drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings in collaboration with architects and engineers.
  • Translate architectural concepts into technical drawings and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate internally with various disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) during the schematic planning stage for the main plant and ancillary buildings.
  • Conduct clash coordination checks between structural layouts and service installations.
  • Ensure compliance with town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR).
  • Maintain high accuracy in material specifications, construction details, and project documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ITI Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in structural drafting/design within consulting or architectural firms.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; knowledge of additional graphic software will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of building elements, construction materials, and construction processes.
  • Attention to detail with a flair for technical accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with industrial construction projects, including steel/PEB structures, is highly desirable.
  • Candidates from Gujarat will be given preference.
