Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project activities, from initial planning through execution to successful handover.
- Prepare detailed project reports, progress charts, and documentation to aid in project monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients, contractors, and all external stakeholders.
- Draft and circulate meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to resolve any pending issues.
- Identify and address project bottlenecks, coordinating with various teams to resolve them effectively.
- Conduct clash checks between PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and structural elements.
- Develop and manage preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Assist in cost estimation, tendering, and review of tender documentation.
- Track project milestones, manage document submissions, and expedite approval processes.
- Proactively report potential conflicts or issues to senior management.
- Address execution-stage queries in coordination with site teams and design engineers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master’s in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
- 10–13 years of experience in project or construction management, ideally with industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction management processes, coordination techniques, and scheduling methods.
- Proficient in preparing project documentation and tracking project progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and drive project results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industrial construction experience is highly preferred.
