Nayurja Bharat Develops 3 GW Solar Encapsulant Film Manufacturing Facility in Madhya Pradesh

VMS is currently associated with Nayurja Bharat Pvt. Ltd., a clean energy venture of Super Circle Group in partnership with Jakson Solar, for the development of a solar encapsulant film manufacturing facility at Mohasa-Babai, Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. The project is planned on a 16-acre site, with Phase 1 comprising approximately 10,000 sq.m of built-up area and an initial production capacity equivalent to the requirements of 3 GW of solar modules.

The facility is planned for phased expansion, with solar encapsulant film production ultimately scaling to support 10 GW of solar module capacity. Subsequent development is also planned to include aluminium frame manufacturing and anodizing operations, creating a broader solar component manufacturing ecosystem within the same campus.

This ongoing project adds to VMS’s experience in solar component manufacturing facility design, EVA/encapsulant film plant planning, and renewable energy manufacturing infrastructure, supporting the development of India’s domestic solar supply chain.
