FJM Cylinders Develops CNG Cylinder Manufacturing Facility in Gujarat

VMS is currently associated with FJM Cylinders Private Limited, part of the JBM Group, for the development of a new CNG cylinder manufacturing facility at Vithlapur, Gujarat. The project is being developed within an established industrial campus, with a dedicated land parcel carved out to support specialized manufacturing for high-pressure gas cylinders used in CNG vehicles.

Phase 1 includes the construction of multiple plant buildings of approx. 10,000 sq.m and 3,000 sq.m, along with complete supporting infrastructure and utilities. VMS is providing master layout planning, architectural and structural design, MEPF utilities, HVAC, PHE, infrastructure design, and procurement support, ensuring efficient production flow and compliance with safety and industrial standards.

This ongoing project highlights VMS’s expertise in automotive component and high-pressure cylinder manufacturing facility design, delivering robust, process-driven infrastructure for advanced engineering industries.
